Hi folks, Today I purchased the book 'Running the FULL distance' written by Belinda Wee on her nephew Thaddeus Cheong from our school bookshop this afternoon. It talks about his life from the day he was born until the day he passed away. It is a pretty moving account of his life, and some parts of the book really did get me a bit emotional, especially towards the end. Although I do not know him, I think he was a really remarkable boy, who was very driven towards his goals and what he set out to achieve, who at the same time, also managed to touch the lives of so many others. The book is really inspiring, and it did get me to reflect on my own life. I recommend this book to you guys. |
